How do we encourage reflection? \u2026 Oh my, this is a noisy world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The world has only become noisier since then. The internet shouts at us every day with headlines, notifications and feeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keeping up with its demands almost feels like a moral obligation. If we don't, will we be uninformed? Irrelevant?
